Production Times, Deadlines and Price Factor
Typically you will receive your custom order within 1-2 weeks upon artwork approval and full payment. If you have a deadline please be sure to share that information during initial sales consultation. Rush fees may apply if we cannot complete your order under normal circumstances.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipped orders will be sent via UPS or FedEx Ground. If you need faster shipping please contact us. We are not responsible for any shipping delays once a package is delivered to the carrier (i.e. weather delays, shipping errors by suppliers, etc.). Local orders (Denver Metro Area) may be delivered by us or we can arrange for pick up. Please contact us to arrange for either
Banner, Sign and Decal Installations
If Dark Point, Ltd. will be installing a store front decal, window covering, sign, banner or other graphic solution there will be additional labor fees reflected in your quote. If you have questions about installation fees please contact us or discuss during the quote phase of your project.
