Screen Printing QA

We review all artwork before going to production an we will check every garment that comes off the press.  However, due to the manual nature of screen printing, there may be times some mistakes will end up making it into your order.  We allow a 48 hour window from the time you receive your garments/goods to notify us of any issues (i.e. misprint and/or damaged good with your product).  We will not be responsible for under-runs or spoilage of up to 3% of your order. If exact counts are needed it is strongly recommend that customers order some additional items to ensure minimums are met. After this 48 hours incidents will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we will gladly come up with a resolution.

Garment Disclaimer

Dark Point, Ltd. is not responsible for manufacturer defects of garments such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and/or garment defects (holes in garments, ripped seams, etc.).  We do our best to inspect all garments before and  during the printing process. Should we observe a defect, we will replace the defective item at that time if possible; however, we cannot guarantee each garment.  We recommend ordering extras of each size in the event there is a defective item.  You acknowledge and agree that upon acceptance of your printed garments, you accept full responsibility. Please check all garments as you receive them.

We allow an industry standard 48 hour window from the time you receive the goods to notify us of any issues.  Any garments that have been worn and or laundered are automatically void of any quality assurance claims.

Due to industry and supply chain factors that are beyond our our control we cannot guarantee the availability of your chosen t-shirt or apparel for more than 2 weeks.  If there is a supply issue with your order we will communicate as soon as possible with you and provide alternative solutions. 

Banner, Sign and Decal QA

We review all custom banner, sign and decal artwork before going to production.  We also check all finished product before scheduling delivery or shipment.  We allow a 48 hour window from the time you receive your item(s) to notify us of any issues (i.e. misprint and/or damaged goods).  After 48 hours all incidents will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we will gladly come up with a resolution.

General QA Disclaimer

We assume no liability for errors made by you, including but not limited to:

  • Sizing errors (i.e. customer provides wrong sizes)
  • Customization errors (i.e. customer provides wrong name, number or artwork for customization, including spelling)
  • Customer dissatisfaction (i.e. customer does not like color or material)

You assume all liability for the accuracy of purchases, including but not limited to sizing, spelling of names, text, numbers and any other decoration added. We will do our best to proof and confirm all orders and will not proceed to production until we have final artwork approval.
